Libya and Mali: Salafi Islamists destroying shrines courtesy of Saudi Arabia and Qatar

Libya and Mali: Salafi Islamists destroying shrines courtesy of Saudi Arabia and Qatar

Murad Makhmudov and Lee Jay Walker

Modern Tokyo Times

The “bomb democracy” Western and Gulf policy in Libya brought on the massacres of black Africans, killing of Gaddafi loyalists and creating a “new society” based on disorder which is currently ongoing. Indeed, the chaos which is engulfing Libya is now destabilizing Northern Mali and creating problems for Tunisia. This destabilization is based on vast quantities of military hardware being available and more dangerously the Salafi ideology is spreading because of money from Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

Salafi ideology is now intent on destroying Sufi shrines in Libya, Northern Mali, Somalia, and in other parts of the world, where this dangerous ideology fused within a faith is growing in power. In their worldview all other Muslim places of worship and Muslim shrines are deemed to be un-Islamic. This blind hatred can be seen in places like Somalia where all converts to Christianity face death by Islamists in this country.

This isn’t surprising because Saudi Arabia supports killing all apostates to Christianity and not one single Buddhist, Hindu, Sikh and Christian place of worship is allowed. However, just like old men marrying little children in Saudi Arabia and both Qatar and Saudi Arabia supporting terrorism against Syria. Nothing appears to raise the heckles when it comes to the policies of London, Paris, Washington and other governments which throw human rights out of the window when dealing with Saudi Arabia and Qatar. The appeasement of institutional religious discrimination in Saudi Arabia and trampling down on the rights of women is a policy which is “cheapening” democracy. Likewise, this appeasement shames the United Nations and the various bodies connected with this major international institution.

Turning back to Libya and Northern Mali then currently Salafists are intent on destroying all Islamic thought patterns outside of their “blinkered monoculture” which thrives on hatred and fear. Indeed, in Syria some video evidence survives which makes it clear that the Western and Islamist “marriage of convenience” is now spreading this dangerous ideology within Syria. Therefore, mainstream Islam and religious minorities have much to fear in Syria but like usual political leaders in London, Paris and Washington will support any form of barbarity providing it meets their geopolitical ambitions.

Ongoing attacks against Sufi shrines which venerate Sufi Muslim saints in Libya are now under attack. The same Islamists destroyed a Christian graveyard in this country. These blatant crimes of destroying culture and attacking the diversity within Islam are now in full flow in the capital of Libya just like they reached Northern Mali.

The shrine of al-Shaab al-Dahmani in Tripoli follows on from the attack which took place in Ziltan against the tomb of a notable scholar who enriched the Sufi faith. In Ziltan the rich history of the tomb dedicated to Abdel Salam al-Asmar was attacked. Therefore, just like Northern Mali the history of the past is being eradicated by Islamists who obtain funding and indoctrination from their Salafi brethren in Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

Attacking “infidel” mosques and shrines is now part of the new “Islamist holy war” being funded and supported by organizations and wealthy individuals in Saudi Arabia and Qatar. One can only imagine what will happen to Alawites, Christians, the Druze and mainstream Sunni Islam in Syria if the same Islamists grow in power. If Saudi Arabia and Qatar remain unchecked then the richness of religious diversity within Islam will end up in some nations like Buddhism in Afghanistan in past history. This applies to being decapitated and destroyed by an ideology which seeks only a world based on monoculture.

In the BBC article about the attack against Sufi shrines in Libya one student commented that “There’s a large group of Salafists – they are the one with the bulldozers, and some military police are also present…They seem to be overseeing the process, rather than preventing it… There are some bystanders who seem to approve.”

Similar acts and much worse are now common in Northern Mali because Salafists are intent on destroying the beauty and wisdom of African Islam in Mali. Therefore, historical monuments, shrines and mosques which have been the envy of nations throughout the world, are now on the frontline of Islamism. Sadly, it currently appears that the liberal version of Islam in Mali is being torn apart by outside forces emanating from Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

In a past article by Modern Tokyo Times it was stated that The same foreign Islamists in Mali are akin to the Islamists in Syria. It is a direct mirror looking into another mirror and the Saudi Arabia angle can be seen along the way. In Syria it is much more open while in Mali it is more covert and through channels outside of the government. However, the same violence is the main theme and the same applies to the desire for a monoculture to oppress all alternative thought patterns.”

In other nations like Tunisia the confusion of recent events is enabling massive funding from wealthy individuals and organizations in Saudi Arabia and Qatar to spread their “Islamist Year Zero” policies. It is abundantly clear that an internal ideological war is being funded and supported to spread Salafi Islam. Therefore, the frequent attacks against Shia Muslims and other branches of Islam by Islamists is part of the same conflict which is destroying Muslim shrines in many parts of the world.

Sectarian attacks in Iraq and Christian Church bombed in northern Nigeria

Sectarian attacks in Iraq and Christian Church bombed in northern Nigeria

Walter Sebastian and Lee Jay Walker

Modern Tokyo Times

Islamists once more have killed innocents during the religious period of Eid al-Adha, including a bomb attack which killed several children near a play area in the capital of Iraq. In Afghanistan worshippers were killed while praying inside a mosque and in Syria several terrorist attacks have taken place. Meanwhile, in northern Nigeria a Christian church was hit by a bomb attack. Therefore, religious zealots within the Sunni Islamic faith have been going on a killing spree like usual during this holy period for Muslims.

The Iraqi authorities clearly understand the mindset of Islamists because security was tightened. However, despite greater precautions, it is abundantly clear that little can be done to stop determined terrorists from spreading death, hatred and sectarianism. Even laying bombs near a school playground during Eid doesn’t concern Sunni Islamist fanatics who are being indoctrinated by Islamist clerics.

Sadr City in Baghdad is overwhelmingly Shia and the double-bomb attacks left at least 13 people dead. Whereas the attack in the Bawiya area of the same city, killed seven people including the lives of three children who just wanted to play. The death toll may increase further but clearly Muslims and non-Muslims can’t even rest in peace during holy periods. This is because of the hatred of Islamists who lack any notion of morality.

In northern Nigeria the same Islamists which seek power and control by fear, hatred, violence and spreading sectarianism, have once more attacked a Christian church. Sometimes, the same Islamists attack Muslims for desiring peace with their fellow Nigerians. Therefore, just like in Syria, nobody feels protected in certain parts of northern Nigeria from religious zealots which seek to spread chaos, sectarianism and fear. The same menace is now turning against Sufi strands of Islam in northern Mali and Libya, just like hatred is widespread towards the Shia, Ahmadiyya Muslims, Christians, Hindus and others in Pakistan.

It must be remembered, that some Islamist clerics are demanding the slaughter of Alawites and the Shia in Syria. Christians are also attacked by the same religious fanatics who recite the Koran while beheading people and torturing in unbelievable cruelty. Mainstream Sunni Muslims face the same wrath in Syria if they support a united Syria based on the mosaic of this nation.

The Grand Mufti of Saudi Arabia, Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah, referred to the need that “all churches in the Arabian Peninsula must be destroyed.” Similarly, the same nation is exporting hatred within the educational curriculum and for this reason monitoring is essential. Therefore, it is clear that something is wrong within certain branches of Islam which seek to rule by fear. After all, they have no qualms in killing Muslims and non-Muslims alike in order to fulfill their hatred and spread sectarianism.

Currently it is known that seven people have been killed by a suicide bomber against a Christian church in Kaduna, northern Nigeria. Christians in this church, just like Muslims in the mosque in Afghanistan, were praying to the God of Abraham. However, for Islamists, you have no sanctity to either life or holy places – therefore, both holy places were attacked during Eid.

Several months earlier in June over 50 people were killed in the same part of northern Nigeria after three Christian churches were attacked. This reality meant that security officials in northern Nigeria, just like in Iraq, knew that during Eid that Islamists would try to ferment more hatred. The desire of Islamists is to spread fear in the hearts of all people, irrespective if Muslim or non-Muslim, in order to rule by fear. Likewise, the other objective is to spread sectarianism therefore Shia Muslims are frequently killed and attacked in several nations.

Baseem Mohammed in Bawiya, Baghdad, told AP news that “Nobody expected this explosion because our neighborhood has been living in peace, away from the violence hitting the rest of the capital….We feel sad for the children who thought that they would spend a happy time during Eid, but instead ended up getting killed or hurt.”

The Shabaks in Iraq were also killed in Mosul in the northern part of this country. This minority fully understands religious hatred because many attacks have happened against the Shabaks after the US led invasion of Iraq.

Other attacks by Sunni Islamists in Iraq have also killed Shia Muslims from Iran who were on a religious pilgrimage during Eid. This reality means that mosques, churches, pilgrims, children and so on – are not free from Islamist hatred even during holy Muslim periods like Eid and Ramadan.

Review of 2011 internationally and events in Japan (March 11 and Islamic terrorism)

Review of 2011 internationally and events in Japan (March 11 and Islamic terrorism)

James Jomo and Lee Jay Walker

Modern Tokyo Times

In 2011 many political convulsions have challenged nations in North Africa and the Middle East. The optimism of the so-called “Arab Spring” remains to be unfulfilled because you have so much uncertainty in nations like Bahrain, Egypt, Libya, Syria, and Tunisia. At the same time the death of Osama bin Laden wasn’t the decisive blow to international terrorism because recent events in many nations show that this menace is still potent. This notably applies to the recent slaughter of Christians in Nigeria by Islamists belonging to Boko Haram.

Images of Christians, Muslims, and secularists, celebrating political change in Egypt seems like a distant dream. After all, many Coptic Christians have been killed and a sizeable minority of Muslims supported an Islamic party which seeks to restrict the role of Christians in Egypt.

President Obama, much like the ethical policy of Tony Blair (past leader in the United Kingdom), showed his hand clearly by announcing a huge military deal with Saudi Arabia. Therefore, any notion of democracy and supporting human rights was thrown out the window. In fairness to Obama this is a systematic reality within the body politic of America. However, it makes a mockery of his ethical stances because in the land of Saudi Arabia not one single Buddhist temple is allowed or Christian church and of course all apostates from Islam face death in this nation.

Meanwhile the Euro crisis and the foundations of the European Union have been challenged to the hilt. This applies to one economic crisis after another and monetary issues will continue to be a major issue in the early months of 2012. At the same time political leaders have lost power in Greece and Italy and European technocrats who have been unelected now rule the roost in these two nations. Therefore, the “Arab Spring” appears to be ushering in “a non-democratic new dawn” while in Europe new leaders can obtain power despite being unelected – not a pleasant thought.

On a more positive note you now have a new nation called South Sudan and providing the international community supports this new entity, then some “rays of sunshine” will have happened in 2011. However, the path ahead is fraught with danger because Arab Islamists in Khartoum still desire to rule the many different African ethnic groups which comprise of Sudan. This means that bloodshed will continue in 2012 in places like Darfur and the fear is that the Khartoum government may seek to create instability in South Sudan because of the delicate nature of this new nation. Given this, the international community must develop mechanisms with political leaders in South Sudan in order to help this new nation and to guarantee its future, while major obstacles are being challenged by central forces in Juba.

The Russian Federation and Kazakhstan are entering 2012 with certain levels of uncertainty. This applies to political challenges and outside meddling from international powers which seek to cause mayhem internally. Therefore, the world is waiting to see if Putin can remain all powerful alongside Medvedev or if “the house of cards” will collapse because of external and internal agitation.

The forgotten Serbian Orthodox Christians in Kosovo still face a bleak future because they can’t freely travel around Kosovo. At the same time, power processes are against the Serbian Orthodox Christians of Kosovo and political leaders in Belgrade have to walk a tightrope – but, if the current leaders could abandon their brethren in Kosovo, it would appear that they would do so in order to enter the EU club. However, internal events and a backlash could alter the political landscape in Serbia and this is the main concern of the current political leadership in Belgrade. This means that the ghettoization of an entire religious and ethnic group will continue in the heart of Europe and what does this tell us about the new Europe?

In Myanmar the international media is focusing on current positives because political elites in this nation appear to be opening up. Yet, despite this, many minority ethnic and religious groups are still being persecuted and Free Burma Rangers continues to highlight the reality on the ground. The fear is that these minority ethnic groups will be further abandoned in order to establish short-term goals. Also, if the regime turns away from China – then minorities have much to fear from further abandonment and isolation.

Therefore, the mainly Christian Karen elites and other ethnic groups like the Shan and Chin will continue to face an uncertain future. At the same time, the majority of the international media will give scant coverage outside of issues related to Aung San Suu Kyi and issues related to the current leaders of Myanmar.

Madness sadly hit Norway in 2011 when Anders Breivik killed 77 people in Oslo. The reason for this barbaric attack was then manipulated like a political football but the truth is that this individual was clearly deranged. He was neither a Bible thumping individual nor a regular churchgoer but this didn’t stop the anti-Christian brigade from having a field day. However, the bare fact is that the majority of people he killed were white Norwegians and Christian – this hardly matches the “mad racist” and “devout Christian” image which was being brandished about. Indeed, Breivik stated that  ”I’ve always been very pragmatic and influenced by my secular surroundings and environment.”

Sadly, the gruesome murder of innocents was lost and the massacre committed by Anders Breivik was clearly aimed at a political party he detested. The events of this day will never be forgotten in Norway because it highlighted the weakness of security agencies because one individual managed to throw the entire nation into deep shock. Hopefully, Anders Breivik will never be released from prison and different ethnic and religious communities will work more closely together in order to show the real spirit of Norway.

Natural disasters hit many nations, including Australia, Japan, New Zealand, the Philippines, and many others. Therefore, tens of thousands of people died because of natural disasters. The March 11 tsunami which hit Japan was felt all over the world because of the harrowing scenes which were caught on camera. Also, Japan became the first nation in history to be hit by a devastating earthquake, tsunami, and nuclear crisis, at the same time.

The reverberations of the nuclear crisis can still be felt today in Japan and throughout the world. Therefore, the nuclear energy issue became a hot topic and nations like Germany did a u-turn without much thought, irrespective if individuals agree with Germany or not. Ironically, this u-turn will not stop Germany utilizing the nuclear power stations in France but this is a different issue. Meanwhile, the government of Japan is caught between realism, business issues, energy concerns, the green movement, power shortages, a general public which is still divided, and other important factors related to the nuclear sector.

The March 11 earthquake which unleashed the tsunami was truly devastating because tens of thousands of people died. Also, the speed of events shocked people because the tsunami literally destroyed towns and villages that were in its path. Therefore, even today many people are still missing and vast numbers of people are without proper homes in areas hit by the tsunami.

Residents who reside (and who resided) near the Daiichi nuclear power plant in Fukushima continue to face a bleak future. Also, the tourist industry, fisheries, and other important areas which created jobs have been hindered by the devastating events of March 11. Given this, the central government needs to work closely with local governments and various agencies in order to get the region back on its feet.

It isn’t all doom and gloom because many communities have started to fight back and rebuild and this also applies to attracting new investment. Therefore, the picture is very mixed but clearly all positive mechanisms need to work together in order to resolve the major obstacles which people and the local business community still face.

2011 isn’t only based on negative events but clearly the political, economic, and natural disasters, have all unleashed convulsions which still can be felt. In this sense, the early period of 2012 will be a natural continuation. After all, the nuclear ill wind in Japan remains unresolved when it applies to radiation and its impact on the natural environment and on local people. The economic crisis in Europe remains and the same applies to other parts of the world but some positive signs can be felt in some nations. Also, the so-called “Arab Spring” may turn out to be truly democratic in the long-term or it may be a false dawn where Islamists take control and new despots emerge – it is impossible to say either way with confidence.

Nations like Nigeria and Somalia will continue to face the menace of radical Sunni Islamic terrorist attacks and attacks against central forces will continue. Issues related to democracy in China will be monitored more deeply given the current political climate and North Korea will probably remain on the same footing. However, North Korea may implement some economic reforms and the new leader may turn out to be more independent minded. Meanwhile, the political merry-go-round will continue in Japan whereby political leaders in the two main political parties will face internal struggles.

The Olympics in London in 2012 offer a positive note because this event will be watched by billions of people. Also, you have signs that China and Japan will focus on greater economic initiatives which will strengthen cooperation between these two powerful neighbors. Overall, 2012 looks like another stuttering year whereby economic issues and political convulsions will continue to create new major problems.

Nigeria must brace itself for more Boko Haram terrorist attacks

Nigeria must brace itself for more Boko Haram terrorist attacks

Murad Makhmudov and Lee Jay Walker

Modern Tokyo Times

Nigeria is multi-ethnic and multi-religious and you have many different religious denominations within Christianity and Islam, which are the two dominant religious groups in this county.  However, from a religious point of view then Boko Haram and other radical Islamist groups are the biggest threat to religious pluralism. Therefore, the recent terrorist attacks by Islamists on Christmas Day aren’t a surprise because Boko Haram is intent on spreading Islamic jihad in Nigeria.

Christians and the majority Muslim community which opposes Boko Haram all fear the rise of this Islamic terrorist organization. The armed forces and local government officials in areas where Boko Haram are based also fear the growing rise of this militant terrorist movement.

In 2009 three Christian pastors were captured by Boko Haram and Sabo Yukubu, Sylvester Akpan, and George Orji were tortured by their Islamist captors. Boko Haram gave them the choice of life or death in this world because if all three Christian pastors converted to Islam, then they would be spared. However, these three brave Christian martyrs remained firm to their faith and because of this they were killed brutally.

The spirit of Sabo Yukubu, Sylvester Akpan, and George Orji, couldn’t be crushed and in death these individuals have shown the path ahead for the people of Nigeria, irrespective of ethnicity or religion. This applies to the spirit of “love” and not the dark forces of Boko Haram who kill innocent Christians and Muslims who refuse to bow down to their brutal ideology.

Therefore, the Christmas Day terrorist attacks which took place in Nigeria is a stern warning to the government of this country that this dangerous ideology is a threat to national security. In Nigeria the attacks by Boko Haram are clearly religious but often you have inter-religious killings in this nation which have ethnic overtones and the same applies to clashes over power concentration. Given this, any religious organization which threatens others is a major cause of concern for central forces because this could re-ignite religious clashes in other parts of Nigeria.

It is abundantly clear that Boko Haram is intent on spreading their hatred therefore it is essential that rational voices are heard in both the Christian and Muslim community. Therefore, moderate religious leaders on all sides need to work together because Boko Haram is a threat to all people who support a united Nigeria.

President Goodluck Jonathan of Nigeria commented that “Nigerians must stand as one to condemn them.” Clearly the leader of Nigeria is correct because if Boko Haram fails to ignite inter-communal violence then their power base will be reduced. Also, the central government needs to focus on internal issues related to past corruption and to re-invigorate Nigeria because the potential of this nation is enormous.

In areas where Boko Haram is strong it is clear that the military solution by itself will not work. Therefore, counter-terrorist measures need to be implemented and central power bases need to work more closely with regional leaders who support religious pluralism and a united Nigeria. If this doesn’t happen, then Boko Haram will exploit this political vacuum.

Since 2002 when Boko Haram was founded the dark forces of this Islamist organization is clear for all to see. This applies to massacres, criminality, religious hatred towards’ Christians, attacks against moderate Muslim leaders, fighting the military of Nigeria, and installing fear into the local population where they are strong.

Guido Westerwelle, the German Foreign Minister, commented that “Even on Christmas Day, the world is not spared from cowardice and the fear of terrorism.” William Hague, UK Foreign Secretary, stated that “These are cowardly attacks on families gathered in peace and prayer to celebrate a day which symbolises harmony and goodwill towards others. I offer my condolences to the bereaved and injured.”

St Theresa’s Church in Madalla, close to Abuja, was the scene of the most barbaric attack on Christmas Day. The death toll from this terrorist attack is currently 35 but it could increase because more than 50 people are injured.

Other terrorist attacks occurred on the same day in northern Nigeria. Therefore, the government of Nigeria needs to implement counter-terrorist measures to tackle this dangerous Islamist organization. Given this, it is essential that moderate religious leaders work together in the Christian and Muslim community in order to prevent more people from joining Boko Haram. Also, Nigeria needs national unity and all citizens who are proud to be Nigerian must work together in order to prevent the dark forces of Islamic terrorism and ethnic chauvinism from tearing this country apart.

Gaddafi killed and possibly tortured by the forces of the Revolution

Gaddafi killed and possibly tortured by the forces of the Revolution

Joachim de Villiers and Lee Jay Walker

Modern Tokyo Times

Reports and images coming out of Libya show that Muammar Gaddafi is dead and that his final moments on this earth were based on fear and mob justice. Apparently he was still alive when captured and according to Gabriel Gatehouse from the BBC in Sirte he comments that “I have spoken to the man who says that he captured him… he said he found him hiding in a hole in the centre.”

Other reports claim that he was shot in both legs and from being found in a hole to this, then it would appear that he was tortured, tormented, and shot.  The new Libya appears to be based on “mob justice” and the possible torture of the former leader of Libya leaves a sour taste, irrespective of the past deeds by Gaddafi.

Americans were disgusted when Islamists in Somalia dragged the bodies of dead American troops into the streets. However, today it was the forces of Western anti-Gaddafi loyalists who were dragging the body of an individual who had probably been tortured. This is the sad reality of “democracy in action” and both scenes are sickening but of course it must be stated that American troops in Somalia were innocent soldiers.

Democratic leaders in America, France, and the United Kingdom, feel vindicated in the overthrow of Gaddafi because of past brutal measures by this political leader. Also, with anti-Gaddafi forces killing Gaddafi then past deals can be “washed away” and this will be pleasing because nothing is ever that simple in international relations.

Gaddafi during his 42 year reign intervened in other nations and he was clearly anti-Berber.  Therefore, you will find very few tears for Gaddafi and political activists in the past have suffered at the hands of torture.

However, the systematic killing of Africans and the probable torture of Gaddafi in his final moments can’t be defended by anyone who supports democracy and liberty. This fact will be brushed under the carpet and Hague war crimes only apply to the enemies of people who are outside the Western elite group of nations.

This duplicity of law is what is staggering because international law doesn’t exist when it comes to morality.  Elites like Bill Clinton during his leadership could tacitly support Islamists entering Bosnia in order to kill Orthodox Christians. This covert policy was implemented and you had many ratlines linked to the Islamist Alija Izetbegovic. However, Bill Clinton could implement and turn a blind eye, without having to fear a war crime tribunal (only a court could state his innocence or guilt) and it is this arrogance which is creating a major problem.

The world of “good” and “evil” is often dictated by political elites and special groups which manipulate the mass media. Obviously, you will always have dissent and sometimes the mass media will rebuke political elites during military ventures. However, when political elites and the mass media work together, like in Bosnia and Kosovo, then the end-game is over irrespective of the complexity.

Gaddafi tortured during his last moments

During the conflict in Libya the military balance was turned on its head once NATO became embroiled. After this, it was an uneven conflict and Gaddafi loyalists who were intent on fighting were basically “dead men walking.”

Massacres will have taken place on both sides because all civil wars are brutal but this wasn’t a real civil war because outside forces made sure that you would only have one conclusion.

In an earlier article by two correspondents for Modern Tokyo Times called Libya: killing black Africans in the name of the revolution and democracy, it was stated that “Reports for many months have stated that Libyan rebels have been killing and persecuting black Africans in Libya once areas came under their control.  The number of reports highlighting this continues to grow and many images have been shown which show Africans being mutilated and having their bodies abused and mocked by non-black African Libyans.  This disturbing fact mocks the notion of “good” versus “evil” because both sides have committed atrocities but for black Africans it is the rebels who they fear.”

“Also, reports have stated that African Libyans are also being victimized and suffering persecution.  Therefore, since large areas have fell to the National Transitional Council (NTC) both non-African Libyans and African Libyans fear for their safety.”

The BBC, Deutsche Welle and other major media outlets backed up this disturbing and brutal reality. Therefore, while Gaddafi doesn’t deserve “tears” because of past misdeeds and meddling in other nations. This should not alter the fact that the brutal killings of black Africans and the probable torture of Gaddafi – means that the men of democracy and the revolution are tainted. Therefore, a clear and honest organization needs to investigate this brutal reality.

Simon Jenkins, The Guardian newspaper in England, commented that We may applaud the chance of freedom about to be granted to a lucky group of oppressed people, but that doesn’t justify the means by which it is achieved: in another fury of great-power aggression. The truth is that Gaddafi’s downfall, like his earlier propping up, will have been Britain’s doing. A new Libyan regime will be less legitimate and less secure as a result.”

The reign of Gaddafi is over and the wind of history may appear to be changing but given the opposition and the weak institutions of Libya, then a possible Islamic state may be in the making. Or worse you may have a failed state whereby chaos and other forces create mayhem and hostile anti-Western forces may try to spread their ideology in parts of modern day Libya. Thereby creating a failed state and given the power of radical Islam in Algeria, then this is a distinct possibility.

Alternatively, Libya may become a European Union beach-head in North Africa whereby a nation which is blessed with natural resources truly does blossom. At the moment nothing is clear but at least the Berbers can rest more freely and now it is hoped that international pressure will safeguard African immigrants and put this at the top of the agenda.

Apostate to Christianity beheaded in Somalia and Saudi hatred in the UK

Apostate to Christianity beheaded in Somalia and Saudi hatred in the UK

Joachim de Villiers and Lee Jay Walker

Modern Tokyo Times

In nations like Somalia and Saudi Arabia apostates from Islam face the death penalty and in Pakistan the death penalty even applies to blasphemy.  If you want to understand how Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism and Zoroastrianism faired in Islamic history then no point to reach for your history books because systematic persecution is ongoing.

The dhimmitude system and Islamic Sharia law is institutional apartheid with the death penalty added in order to maintain constant fear at all times.  Therefore, every single Muslim in Afghanistan and Saudi Arabia is denied free will and in Pakistan minority Muslim groups like the Ahmadiyya face enormous persecution.

At the same time Buddhists, Christians, Hindus, and all other non-Muslim faiths and minority Muslim faiths, face an Islamic inquisition when nations are governed in full compliance with Islamic Sharia law. Therefore, Shia Islam is illegal in Sunni Muslim Malaysia and Ahmadiyya Muslims are persecuted in Pakistan and recently the same persecution is happening against this community in Indonesia.

Shia News reported that “Although other approved religions, including Christian denominations, Hinduism and Buddhism are allowed in Malaysia, the government considers Shi’ite Islam a deviant sect of Islam. Saravanamuttu says the Department of Islamic Development in Malaysia has cracked down on Shi’ite and other non-Sunni Islamic sects in the past and is empowered by law to do so.”

If this doesn’t alarm you then remember that Saudi Arabia is funding countless institutions which are spreading this dangerous ideology. Even in the United Kingdom you had Saudi Arabian curriculum school books spreading hatred towards Jews and homosexuals.

In the New York Times in an article called Lessons of Hate at Islamic Schools in Britain (http://www.nytimes.com/2010/11/23/world/europe/23britain.html ) by John F. Burns he comments that A British network of more than 40 part-time Islamic schools and clubs with 5,000 students has been teaching from a Saudi Arabian government curriculum that contains anti-Semitic and homophobic views, including a textbook that asks children to list the “reprehensible” qualities of Jews, according to a BBC documentary.”

“The 30-minute “Panorama” program quoted the Saudi government-supplied textbook as saying that Jews “looked like monkeys and pigs” and further down the article it states that “One of the textbooks, according to the BBC program, prescribed execution as the penalty for gay sex, and outlined differing viewpoints as to whether death should be by stoning, immolation by fire or throwing offenders off a cliff. Another set out the punishments prescribed by Shariah law for theft, including amputation of hands and feet. A BBC video accompanying an article on the program’s Web site showed a textbook illustration of a hand and a foot marked to show where amputations should be made.”

Therefore, if this branch of Islamic ideology is being allowed to spread in the mainly non-Muslim world it goes without saying that the situation is even more severe where the “heart of darkness” prevails over society. This “heart of darkness” applies to nations which support killing apostates, for example Saudi Arabia, and other Western allies like Afghanistan – yes, with allies like this it makes you wonder what politicians are doing in the West.

In Saudi Arabia and Somalia all apostates face the death penalty and Islamists in Somalia, many who once resided in America and the United Kingdom, have joined the Al-Shabaab in order to kill all Christian apostates and to turn this nation into year zero.

In early September, 2011, Juma Nuradin Kamil was beheaded by Islamists on the grounds that he abandoned Islam and converted to Christianity.  He was decapitated while Islamists will have been in religious ecstasy while killing this innocent Christian in such a brutal and barbaric way.

Juma Nuradin Kamil was murdered for merely leaving the Islamic faith. Therefore, if you wonder why you have no Buddhists left in Afghanistan, then this modern day reality in Somalia will enlighten you more than reading naïve books which often gloss over the truth.

Sadly, religious freedom isn’t a universal human right and in Saudi Arabia not one Ahmadiyya, Buddhist, Christian, Hindu, Sikh,  and Zoroastrian place of worship is allowed. Indeed, Iran is more moderate than Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, the Maldives, and Yemen, because the indigenous Christian church is allowed despite certain constraints when it applies to proselytism.

If international pressure isn’t put on Saudi Arabia and other nations which support killing apostates, then nothing will change and state sanctioned ideology will continue to kill people on the grounds of being anti-free will.

Juma Nuradin Kamil was “a beacon of light” for all Somalians who support democracy, liberty, free will and religious freedom.  At the same time, democratic nations need to be vigilant at home because in countries like the United Kingdom this sponsored evil is entering the education system and indoctrinating children because of loopholes in the private educational sector.

However, while Juma Nuradin Kamil was “a beacon of light” the light will one day be fully crushed and darkened if nations, organizations, and other avenues, don’t fight back against religious intolerance and indoctrination.

Many moderate voices in the Muslim world have also been crushed and in Pakistan several prominent Muslims have been killed for defending Christians and other non-Muslims.

Free will is an indelible right for all people irrespective of religion or no religion. Therefore, turning a blind eye or going down the moral relativism path doesn’t wash because innocent individuals like Juma Nuradin Kamil are paying the ultimate price.

Killing people on the grounds of free will is still a reality in the modern world and this authoritarianism needs to be stopped and challenged.

Islamic liberalism is a million times more dangerous than radical Islam

Islamic liberalism is a million times more dangerous than radical Islam

Global Security News

The biggest threat to all civilizations is Islamic liberalism because Islamic liberals fully understand Islamic history but like the deceivers they are; they still desire to Islamize but by Islamic dawah, stealth jihad, and Islamic kitman.

Osama bin Laden supported killing apostates, Islamic jihad, Islamic Sharia law, killing homosexuals, child marriage, stoning women to death for adultery, enslaving non-Muslims during jihad, and he believed that Muslim men would go to heaven and meet virgins after killing infidels.

The Islam of Osama bin Laden was based on Mohammed, the Koran, Hadiths and Islamic Sharia law.  All the above in the previous paragraph was sanctioned by Mohammed and Mohammed himself married a child and ordered the killings of non-Muslims in the name of Allah.

Islamic liberal organizations like Muslim Bridges (http://muslimbridges.org) in America are openly spreading Islam despite claiming to build bridges.  You only have to check their website to note that they visit Christian churches and teach people how to pray to Allah and how Islam is based on love and peace.

Of course, these liberal kitman Muslims know full well that apostates are killed in Islamic nations based on Sharia Islamic law.  Therefore, Muslim converts to other religions face the death penalty in Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, the Maldives, and Yemen.

However, the kitman liberal Muslims will state that Mohammed means peace and that Islam means love and humility.  Somehow killing apostates, stoning to death, cross amputation, child marriage (child rape and still sanctioned in Saudi Arabia), stoning to death for adultery, enslaving during jihad and so on; all this means “peace” in the minds of kitman loving liberal Muslims who love to spread Islamic dawah by stating complete lies.

Muslim Bridges also plays the race card and states how ethnicity is not important in Islam and so forth. This organization praises the fact that mixed marriages can be seen openly in Mecca and all because of the greatness of Allah.

Strange because slavery was not abolished until the 1960s in the lands of Mecca and Medina and this only happened because of external pressure by non-Muslim nations.  Also, in modern day Mauritania and Sudan it is clear that black Africans are treated with disdain and that slavery is a constant threat.

Another point which Islamic liberals gloss over is the fact that non-Muslim men face the death penalty in Saudi Arabia for marrying a Muslim female.  Yes, for an act of love the reality of Islam in accordance to Islamic Sharia law means death in the lands of Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, the Maldives, Yemen and a few other nations.

Of course the liberal media machine, the United Nations and political leaders in the West desire to ignore this reality.  After all, the non-Muslim world must show its fairness while Islamists kill Buddhists in southern Thailand and marry non-Muslims freely and without any hindrance.

It seems that Islamic fanatics and Islamic liberals can’t lose because either way it is a win-win situation.  Therefore, the Muslim population keeps on growing in India and the United Kingdom and at the same time the Hindu population faces complete annihilation in Pakistan and the same fate awaits the Christian community in Iraq.

If you magnify organizations and individuals like Muslim Bridges then it is abundantly clear that liberal Islam is the real threat to non-Muslim nations.   Also, liberals in the West and India are bending over backwards in order to allow this lie to spread despite Islamic sources in the Koran and the Hadiths which state the opposite.

Therefore, for every non-Muslim who is converted to radical Islam in mainly non-Muslim nations, you will have another 99 who are converted to liberal Islamic kitman, whereby Islamic dawah openly enabled lies to be told in order to spread the faith.

The madness of these Islamic liberals is much worse than individuals like Osama bin Laden who fully understood the reality of Islam.

After all, if you look at Afghanistan then firstly liberal Islam was spread along with the Sufi deceivers who are dangerous because they first went out and converted in the name of deceit and lies.

Once the faith spread and Islam grew in power then Buddhism, Hinduism and all non-Muslim faiths in Afghanistan were doomed to slavery and the Islamic inquisition.

In time Islamization would take place in Afghanistan and all Buddhists and Hindus faced the sword of Islam.  After this, the various thought patterns in Islam were seen to be problematic because past culture remained therefore the Sunni Islamic Taliban emerged and now it was the turn of Shia Muslims and other non-Sunni branches to face the wrath of pure Sunni Islamization.

Liberal Muslims are the real threat because Islamic armies can no longer invade the majority of non-Muslim nations.  Therefore, Saudi Arabia and others are spreading Islam via Islamic dawah, deceit and open lies in order to Islamize.

It is vital that non-Muslim religious leaders and politicians don’t fall into this trap and the truth about Mohammed, slavery in Islam, child marriage, and so forth; must be told to the masses in order to fight stealth jihad and liberal Islam.

Islamic fanatics like Osama bin Laden only wake people up to the real hatred of Islamic dogma.  However, the television version of Malcolm X who supported the slave owning Mohammed is the real threat alongside organizations like Muslim Bridges.

This is based on the reality that Islam is being revamped in the mainly non-Muslim world in order to Islamize and Islamic liberals, Islamic kitman and stealth jihad is a trinity which is much more powerful than Islamic terrorism.

In nations where non-Muslim minorities are small they face the sword of Islam and in modern day Somalia the Islamic inquisition is in full swing and many Christians have been beheaded and killed in gruesome ways.  The same barbarity is being unleashed against Buddhists in southern Thailand and against minorities in a host of other nations.

However, in the non-Muslim world the threat is liberal Islam, stealth jihad and Islamic kitman. This threat is magnified by the “enemy from within” and many universities, the mass media, Western politicians and liberal non-Muslim religious leaders are bending over backwards in order to accommodate the Islamic faith.

Yet history tells us that Islam cares little about accommodation and the Islamization of Kashmir, Kosovo, Pakistan, Iraq, southern Thailand, and in other parts of the world, is ongoing in the twenty-first century.

Malcolm X, Nation of Islam, & Shaykh Abdalqadir: supporting past Arab slave masters in their man made Mohammed

Malcolm X, Nation of Islam, & Shaykh Abdalqadir: supporting past Arab slave masters in their man made Mohammed

Lee Jay Walker

Modern Tokyo Times

Shaykh Abdalqadir as-Sufi was born Ian Dallas in the United Kingdom and today thousands of converts have followed his thinking during Islamic dawah.  He fully understands that Muslim apostates in the Hadiths face death but like “any hypocrite” Shaykh Abdalqadir as-Sufi will use the moderation of democratic nations in order to focus on stealth jihad.

Shaykh Abdalqadir as-Sufi is not a single individual who is somehow fusing anti-capitalist forces with Islam because it is clear that many “left-wing” organizations are turning a blind eye to reality.  Therefore, in order to understand how to defeat the stealth jihadists it is essential to understand the warped mindset and irrationality of their thinking.

Democratic societies have one major weakness and this is “toleration” and allowing enemies from within to spread ideologies which threaten the nation state.  Therefore, the religious and secular balance within many nations is being threatened by an Islamic missionary movement which desires the implementation of Islamic Sharia law in the long term.

Islamic kitman and stealth jihadists will use any means possible in order to Islamize nations and to change domestic laws.  The Malcolm X film sums up the blindness of America because this film, just like Malcolm X, was used by Islamists in order to garner in more Afro-American converts to Islam and followers from other ethnic groups.

Yet, the real Malcolm X espoused hatred on the basis of what he saw but what he could not see, then he followed blindly, and this is where stealth jihadists have a higher objective.

Malcolm X on his travels to Africa negated to tell his supporters that the Islamic Arab invasions which began in the 7th century and which is still enslaving Africans today in nations like Mauritania and Sudan; was all done in accordance with the teachings of Islam and the Hadiths which support the enslavement of non-Muslims during Islamic jihad.

Indeed, when Malcolm X visited Saudi Arabia he also forgot to tell his followers that slavery was in full flow in Saudi Arabia for much of the twentieth century.  More important, slavery in Saudi Arabia of Africans and others was a reality when he had converted to Islam.  Also, slavery only stopped in Saudi Arabia after non-Muslim nations put enormous pressure on this nation to stop this barbaric practice.

Despite this, elements within hip-hop and the myths of Malcolm X and the Nation of Islam just keep on obtaining more and more converts.  Yet, many Christian churches appear to be lacking in thinking and instead of challenging these lies they appear to have accepted or turned insular.

If Afro-Americans are seen to be “Uncle Tom’s” if they don’t follow a recreated version of the slave owning Mohammed then what does that make Malcolm X and the Nation of Islam?

It would appear to make Malcolm X “a Triple Mohammed” who not only betrayed the history and reality of Africa which had been enslaved long before a small minority of European nations got involved in the slave trade; but even worse, he turned to an individual called Mohammed who owned slaves, had sex with concubines and supported the enslavement of non-Muslims via Islamic jihad.

On this note, I will return to Shaykh Abdalqadir as-Sufi who is fusing anti-capitalism alongside the myths of Mohammed and equality.

Shaykh Abdalqadir as-Sufi in his article called The Collapse of the Terrorist Dialect states the following:

“The present world situation is marked by the pessimistic unity of all its commentators who confirm that a whole system once seriously flawed has now collapsed utterly. The dual pillars that upheld world trade and political order have fallen in on each other. With the disintegration of the financial system, its instruments and institutions, has come the disgrace of the despised political class.”

“The system had only one set of cards left to play – to distract the awakening billions of the world’s poor. Terror. The terror-event as instrument of removing civic freedoms (which can lead to protest and change of regime) and of enslaving the masses in obedience to the State, not seen as tyranny, which it is, but as the necessary protection of the endangered civic arena.”

“John Buchan wrote: “The Roman Empire fell in the end because of the pressure of the barbarians on its frontiers, and because of the ruin of the middle classes within by insensate burdens, and the degradation of the proletariat into a frivolous impoverished rabble.”

“The second half of the religion is following the Messenger in all trade and contracts with honour and without usury or increase inside the exchange, along with real-value instruments of exchange like gold and silver.”

Shaykh Abdalqadir as-Sufi, just like Malcolm X, but based on completely different factors; is now fusing anti-capitalism and the tyranny of the democratic state and somehow coming up with the absurd notion that Mohammed supported equality or an economic system based on fair trade.

This reasoning is based on what?  Just like Malcolm X who was born an “Uncle Tom” according to the Afro-American Islamic missionary movement but somehow turned out to be “a Triple Mohammed;” we also have Shaykh Abdalqadir as-Sufi making up a new Mohammed based on the image of liberty, equality, and liberalism.

However, if people desire to follow Mohammed it is their democratic right but of course in the lands of Mecca and Medina the same notion of religious liberty is not tolerated.  Instead, all apostates from Islam in Saudi Arabia face the death penalty.

Yet, the followers of Malcolm X, Shaykh Abdalqadir as-Sufi, the Nation of Islam, and others, should be challenged by their false statements of reality.

Shaykh Abdalqadir as-Sufi fully understands that Islamic Sharia law means dhimmitude and jizya and he mentioned in another article that Shia Muslims, Jews, and Christians, should pay jizya in Bahrain under the rule of Sunni Muslims.

Therefore, what happened to Shaykh Abdalqadir as-Sufi’s equality?  What also happened to the ending of tyranny?

Are the Western converts who follow him so naïve to believe that equality and peace can come from Islamic Sharia law?  After all, Islamic Sharia law supports killing apostates, stoning people to death for adultery, killing homosexuals, cross amputation for crimes, jizya, dhimmitude, and other draconian and barbaric laws.

Malcolm X followers and the Muslim hip-hop/rap brigade who are selling “a black Mohammed” and an Islam which is somehow African and anti-slavery; should also be challenged by the reality of history.  After all, the Nation of Islam, Malcolm X, Mohammed Ali the legendary boxer, and the Muslim hip-hop/rap brigade, which have great influence within the Afro-American community; are selling an image which not only enslaved Africa for more than a thousand years in many parts of this continent but the African identity is being overshadowed by their Arab slave masters.

All the above mentioned individuals and the Muslim hip-hop/rap brigade have all propagated an Islam based on re-writing Mohammed and re-writing history.  Therefore, instead of turning to Africa and using African names you have the madness of Afro-Americans bypassing Africa and turning to their Arab slave masters who did so much damage to this continent and choosing Arabic names.

However, the real prophet of Islam, Mohammed, not only had slaves and had sex with slaves but Mohammed also supported slavery during jihad and he also helped to enslave people who had been free during his lifetime.

Slavery was an institution in Islam and backed up within Islamic Sharia law and the Hadiths.  The Ottoman Empire, the Sokoto caliphate in modern day Nigeria and the Crimean Khanate were all slave based societies and the numbers of slaves were numerically high.  Indeed, it mattered not if the society was sedentary or nomadic because the institution of slavery was part and parcel of Islam and continued to be so in the late twentieth century in Mauritania and Sudan.

It is also factual that while an anti-slavery movement happened within mainly Christian nations which were in the forefront of abolition the same did not happen in the mainly Muslim world.  Therefore, it was non-Muslim societies which enforced the abolishment of slavery in many mainly Muslim societies.

This fact of history and reality is being swept under the carpet by Muslim converts within the Afro-American community and “tinted eyes within the West” share the same blindness.

The crushing of Buddhism, Hinduism, Orthodox Christianity, Zoroastrianism, African Traditional beliefs, and so forth; is all being taken out of the equation and this applies to the hundreds of millions of all the above who suffered at the hands of Islamic slavery, dhimmitude, pogroms, and forced conversions.

Shaykh Abdalqadir as-Sufi knows full well that Islam did not bring enlightenment and justice to the Buddhists and Hindus of “mother India” and Afghanistan. On the contrary, it brought slavery and the backwardness of a once powerful and rich culture which faced the sword of Islam and the slave markets of their new masters.

No equality! Just Islamic Sharia law, slavery, dhimmitude and jizya for some but of course for the Buddhists and Hindus of Afghanistan they were not even allowed this; instead it was the complete destruction of their culture and faith.

Answering Islam (http://www.answering-islam.org) states the following about Mohammed and Islamic slavery:

Neither Muhammad nor his wives or companions were a good example in this regard. Sometimes, Muhammad used to talk about the merits of liberating a slave, yet he himself owned dozens of slaves and maid-slaves. However, we encounter a strange opinion spelled out by Muhammad’s wives and his friends in which he encourages them to retain their slaves. In Vol. 33, p. 61 Ibn Timiyya says,”

“Anyone who says, `If I do so (such a thing), every slave I own will become free’ is not obligated by his oath and he can redeem his oath by any means and retain his slaves. (He can do that) by fasting a few days or by feeding some hungry people.”

On the same page Ibn Timiyya stresses that this is what all Muhammad’s friends said (such as Ibn ‘Abbas and Ibn ‘Umar) as well as his wives (such as Zaynab, A’isha, and Um Salama).

Is the liberation of slaves a bad thing so that it is possible for a man who swears he will liberate his slaves to renounce his oath and retain them? It should be said that whoever takes an oath to free his slaves if so and so happens, is obliged to fulfill his oath and liberate his slaves, but we see that Muhammad’s wives, his great companions and his relatives say something different according to the testimony of Ibn Timiyya.

The Qur’an itself (in several places) approves of slavery and assures the Muslim the right to own dozens of male and female slaves either by purchasing them or as bounty of war. The Qur’an talks about the possession of slaves as “the possession of their necks” (Chapter 58:3, Surah Al-Mujadilah).

Slaves of Muhammad – Prophet of Freedom and Equality!

Muhammad himself owned numerous slaves after he proclaimed himself to be a prophet. I would like here to quote Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyya who is one of the greatest scholars and chroniclers of Islam. In his book, “Zad al-Ma’ad” (Part I, p. 160), he says,

“Muhammad had many male and female slaves. He used to buy and sell them, but he purchased (more slaves) than he sold, especially after God empowered him by His message, as well as after his immigration from Mecca. He (once) sold one black slave for two. His name was Jacob al-Mudbir. His purchases of slaves were more (than he sold). He was used to renting out and hiring many slaves, but he hired more slaves than he rented out.

This trading used to take place in the slave market in the Arab Peninsula and in Mecca. Muhammad was accustomed to sell, purchase, hire, rent, and to exchange one slave for two. Thus, he had an increasing number of slaves, especially after he claimed to be a prophet, and after his immigration from Mecca to escape death at the hand of his tribe Quraysh. Also, the slaves of Muhammad and his followers were constantly increasing as the result of those who were captured in wars and not only by purchase….”

Buddhism, Hinduism and Orthodox Christianity did not enslave Africa; on the contrary, all the above faced Islamic slavery in their own lands.  The institution of slavery is an Islamic reality and some Catholic and Protestant nations in Europe became involved in slavery but the principles of slavery during war can’t be found in the New Testament but it is justified in the Muslim Hadiths.

Thousands of Islamic institutions are supporting stealth jihad in the West and in nations like India.  The terrorist threat is a minor issue because the vast majority of conversions are converted by kitman Muslims who are lying openly about the reality of history and the Hadiths and other Islamic texts.

Islam is an ideology which is not aimed at accommodation because at its core is the House of Islam and House of War.

When the Nation of Islam began to first grow and Malcolm X was spreading the Muslim faith you had several realities.  This applies to Arab and Muslim slavery which still was ongoing in nations like Mauritania and Sudan.  Also, when Malcolm X visited Mecca then why did he remain silent about slavery and the history of slavery in Saudi Arabia?

After all, Malcolm X converted to Islam in the early 1950s which is somewhat ironic.

This applies to slavery still being allowed in the land of Mecca and Medina. Therefore, while Malcolm X was talking about Muslim liberation is fellow Arab Muslims were still buying African slaves until 1962 in Saudi Arabia.

What is militant about throwing of “the white master’s name and religion” and then picking “the Arab masters identity and adopting a religion which enslaved Africa?”

Yes, from Jesus who owned no slaves to Mohammed who owned and sold slaves and had sex with concubines. Is this radicalism or mass stupidity?

Therefore, Malcolm X is certainly “a Triple Mohammed” and Shaykh Abdalqadir as-Sufi who is an anti-Shia bigot is also fusing freedom and liberty within a faith which does not support any notion of religious equality or freedom.

It is vital that Christian churches, Buddhist leaders, Hindu leaders, secularists, atheists, and all people who support democracy; challenge the lies of Malcolm X, the Nation of Islam, Shaykh Abdalqadir as-Sufi and others who seek to enslave the free world by stealth jihad and Islamic kitman.

Of course, people have the right to follow any religion or disregard religion but it must happen on a level playing field. In nations like the United Kingdom the Islamic propaganda brigade has been given a free ride and conversions are gathering because of multiple factors.

It is time for the West and nations like India to wake up from the reality of what is happening.  The demographic reality is that Christianity is an increasing minority in the Middle East or on the verge of collapse in some nations.

The Hindu faith is in freefall in Bangladesh, Kashmir and Pakistan; however, the Muslim faith in India is strong and vibrant.

It is time to either wake up or to throw in the towel.  At the moment, many appear to have thrown in the towel and others are being forced to remain quiet because of the fear of being deemed racist or anti-progressive.

It is ironic because the Islamic faith is based on the concept of “the ruler” being the Muslim and the enslaved being the “dhimmis” who are non-Muslims.

The religion of supremacy is called Islam and Islamic Sharia law even supports killing innocent non-Muslim men with the death penalty for marrying a Muslim female.  Yes, death for an act of love and a reality which Shaykh Abdalqadir as-Sufi fully understands and this law still applies in modern day Saudi Arabia.

UN, France & US in Libya and Ivory Coast: using violence and Islamic forces just like Kosovo

UN, France & US in Libya and Ivory Coast: using violence and Islamic forces just like Kosovo

Lee Jay Walker

Modern Tokyo Times

Ivory Coast
Ivory Coast

The current problems in Libya and Ivory Coast are complex and clearly the opposition has different aspirations.  After all, both sides are involved in a bloody conflict and the use of violence is being used by each faction in these divided nations.  Therefore, it appears that the “new democratic warriors” of peace and freedom carry guns and kill their enemies, just like their enemies would kill them.

This article is not about defending the leaders of either nations and clearly the leader of Libya is known for being despotic and obsessed by political power.  Also, forces loyal to Gaddafi care little about human rights and political freedom and it is abundantly clear that Libya does not have a future under him.

However, the United Nations and France, which are involved in bombing both Libya and the Ivory Coast,; do seem to have an agenda where you support the uprisings and if they kill in “whatever name” then it is fine but if central forces fight back then they deserve to be bombed into submission.

In the Ivory Coast it was reported that forces loyal to the Muslim led forces of Alassane Ouattara have just massacred between 800 and 1,000 Christians in the Ivory Coast.  Alassane Ouattara is being supported by America, Europe and the United Nations and it is noticeable that once the forces who are loyal to the Christian leader, Laurent Gbagbo, were bombed by France and the UN; then the Muslim led forces of Alassane Ouattara began their onslaught and massacres are ensuing.

However, in the new democratic world order of President Obama, the European Union and United Nations, this will not infringe on them supporting Alassane Ouattara and the massacre of up to 1,000 Christians will bite the dust before the dust is even settled.

Also, the uprising in Libya is complex because it appears to be an uprising based on regionalism, military splits, nationalists, Islamists, secularists, and a hot-botch of others; but clearly you do have an Islamic angle and Al Qaida hopes to spread radical Sunni Islam in Libya.

It is difficult to see a democratic savior amongst the opposition to Gaddafi in Libya.  This in itself does not mean that Gaddafi must be left alone to kill and attack innocent citizens but once you take sides then the situation becomes even more chaotic.

Added to this is the confusing nature of Libyan politics and power structures and it is hard to see what the future holds for Libya.  It may just be that it is a case of “the devil you know” against the “possible devil that you don’t know” but with the hope that somehow a policy can work.

However, look at Kosovo and the military intervention of this part of Serbia because the objectives in Kosovo appear to be to downsize Serbia and to install a mainly Islamic state at the expense of the deep-rooted Orthodox Christian community.

Kosovo, just like Libya, is witnessing a combined Western elite force which is unifying itself with radical Sunni Islamic and nationalist/regional factions in order to reach an agenda which is only known to the powers that be.

Therefore, in Abidjan the military forces who are loyal to the Christian leader, Laurent Gbagbo, were attacked by a joint operation of United Nation forces and the French army.  This will lead to deadly silence in the so-called “Muslim street” because just like Bosnia, Cyprus, and Kosovo; the “Muslim victim card” does not wash and Christians are once more expendable while power games are being played in higher circles.

America, the United Kingdom, Iran, and a host of other nations and Islamic terrorist movements, were allies in Bosnia and thousands of Islamists were given a free hand to massacre innocent Christian civilians.  At the same time, the Islamic network of Al Qaida (Al Qaeda) obtained a foothold in Europe via Bosnia. Therefore, some Islamic terrorists who were involved in September 11 and Madrid had helped the Islamic jihad in Bosnia by killing Christians and plotting future terrorist attacks.

Why is it that when four million mainly African Christians and Animists were killed in Sudan by the Arab Sunni Islamic elites that nothing was done?  Why is it deemed allowable for Sunni Islamic forces to kill and persecute Shia Muslims in Bahrain and Yemen?

However, when it comes to the Ivory Coast and Libya then the West desires to get involved.  More alarming, even after a massacre of between 800 and 1,000 Christians took place in the Ivory Coast then very little was said by President Obama and other leading political figures.  Yet the power mechanisms of the UN and France are still supporting the massacres alongside the Muslim leadership despite the complex nature of the civil war.

The lesson from Kosovo was that it was fine to massage reality and then to allow the dismantlement of Orthodox Christian churches throughout Kosovo.  Indeed, it is obvious that elements within the American administration, under Bill Clinton, and the British government, under Tony Blair, had hoped that the Christian Orthodox community would be cleansed entirely because this would solve any lingering doubts of who owned Kosovo.

Muslims destroying Christian churches in Kosovo

Therefore, Western forces supported the terrorist deemed KLA according to America prior to the conflict in Kosovo.  However, Bill Clinton overturned this and the KLA became freedom fighters over night. This pro-Muslim Albanian policy meant that an alliance of democratic nations, Islamists, Albanian nationalists, narcotic gangs, and others; formed an alliance with the upshot being the support of a narcotic tainted and organ transplant tainted leader called Hashim Thaci.

Despite Hashim Thaci and other leaders in Kosovo being implicated in the organ transplant scandal where people were murdered for organs. Little appears to change and this episode is a watershed because it shows you the complete lack of morals within the elites of the democratic world.

Also, the media logic and Western logic is very fickle and based on a short time frame in order to pander and indoctrinate by using massive propaganda.  Say for example that Slobodan Milosevic was wrong and that he was an evil dictator; does this vindicate taking Kosovo from Serbia?

How can a short period of history over-run hundreds and hundreds of years of Christian persecution, massacres, pogroms, and utter dhimmitude at the hands of the Turkish Ottoman Empire.  Yes, an Islamic empire in the heart of Europe which enslaved and took Christian boys from their parents by implementing the barbaric devsirme system and converting them to Islam.

However, in the bankrupt policy of Kosovo, which is now being implemented in the Ivory Coast; you have outsiders intervening within complex areas and you have no simple answers.

The same applies to Libya and while the leader of this nation does not deserve people to shed tears for him because of his despotism and past policies; this does not mean that the West should once more support Islamists, just like they did in Bosnia and Kosovo, because this policy is not only immoral it is dangerous.  After all, September 11 and Madrid, and other major terrorist attacks, have their links to the Bosnian Islamic jihad.

Steven Emerson, The Investigative Project on Terrorism and leading international figure in exposing terrorist networks, highlighted the current reality of Libya by stating that The mounting violence in Libya could have the unintended consequence of reviving radical Islamists including the Libyan Islamic Fighting Group (LIFG), a terror organization aligned with al-Qaida.”

“As Muammar Gaddafi’s 41-year-old dictatorship totters on the brink, U.S. policymakers should pay close attention to reports that LIFG members are being released from Libyan jails, according to Jonathan Schanzer, a former Treasury Department official who monitors jihadist organizations. Until now, the LIFG has been essentially moribund inside Libya since Gaddafi’s regime launched a repression campaign against it in the late 1990s.”

In Bosnia and Kosovo the Clinton administration only paid attention to terrorist Islamic networks by working towards “similar objectives” and maintaining channels which were distant, however, it is hard to keep this channel too distant when America and other nations allowed nations like Iran to violate the UN military arms embargo.

Also, thousands of Islamists from nations like Afghanistan, Egypt, Pakistan, and homegrown Islamists in the United Kingdom, were given the green light to enter and somehow escape all those national security passport agencies.  Not only this, the Bosnian Muslim government was issuing passports to Islamic terrorists and clearly the Clinton administration understood the “Islamic rat lines.”

Steven Emerson continues by commenting that In February 2006, the Treasury Department announced it was formally designating four organizations and five individuals as financial supporters of the LIFG, “an al Qaida affiliate known for engaging in terrorist activity in Libya and cooperating with al Qaida worldwide.” Patrick O’Brien, assistant Treasury secretary for terrorist financing and financial crime, said the LIFG “threatens global safety and stability through the use of violence and its ideological alliance with al Qaida.”

The current situation in Libya is complex and how do you keep Islamists out of the opposition and how do you unite an ad hoc mixture of radical Sunni Islamists, disgruntled army units, democrats, socialists, and a mixture of other forces and added to this you have regionalism and tribal based loyalties.

Similarly, how can America, France, the UN, and others, support the Muslim opposition leader against the Christian leader of Laurent Gbagbo?  Who is to say which side is open to democracy and greater religious freedom and what policies are in place in order to stop the bloodletting?

Therefore, we have the global disgrace of UN forces and France bombing forces loyal to Laurent Gbagbo in the Ivory Coast and this is happening amidst a massacre of between 800 Christians to 1,000 Christians in Duekoue by mainly Muslim forces who are loyal to Alassane Ouattara.

This shame applies to many democratic nations who still support Hashim Thaci and Kosovo independence.  After all, Kosovo Albanians have destroyed countless numbers of Christian churches and ancient monuments after the war and more alarming the leader is being implicated with organ trafficking and other evil deeds.

Vojin Joksimovich, in his article called Grisly Albanian Organ Harvesting Crimes: Is Justice Going To Be Served, comments that In my late December essay Amorality of US Kosovo Policy: Friends with the Snake “I have published reactions to the Council of Europe (CoE) 27-page report authored by the Swiss-Italian politician, senator and prosecuting lawyer Dick Marty. The report, after his two-year investigation, claimed that the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) thugs headed by the current Kosovo prime minister Hashim Thaci, known as the “Snake,” abducted mostly Kosovo Serbs but also some Albanian so called “collaborators,” transported them to northern Albania, murdered them, extracted their organs like the kidneys, and sold them on the black market. These macabre Nazi/Croatian Nazi style crimes were covered up by the leading international organizations such as the UN, NATO, OSCE as well as the governments of leading western countries. NATO’s secret documents as well as an UN report have been leaked out clearly demonstrating that both of those international organizations had full knowledge of these grisly crimes and opted to cover them up in addition to several western governments, the U.S. and Germany in particular. While a EULEX investigation is being launched, it will focus on the grisly crimes committed by the Snake and his thugs but will not include an investigation of those who enabled these crimes to be covered up for over a decade. In addition, it is doubtful if EULEX is capable of conducting an all-encompassing inquiry. Hence, the most important question needs to be posed: Is the justice going to be served?”

The question raised by Vojin Joksimovich is important and it also applies to the Bosnian civil war whereby Islamists from all over the world were given a free reign to slaughter Orthodox Christians.  It now also applies to the massacre of Christians in the Ivory Coast where UN forces and France are in collusion with one faction over another, despite the massacre that their allies have just done.

Also, like Steven Emerson warns about Libya, the situation on the ground is very complex and Islamists may fill the vacuum or just like Bosnia and Kosovo; then Islamists in Libya may be supported from a distance.

Of course Bosnia, Ivory Coast, Kosovo, and Libya respectively are complex and you have no easy solutions but supporting either terrorist organizations or turning a blind eye to massacres, while continuing to support forces deemed “legitimate,” can’t be the answer.

Also, the West may have stepped into Bosnia and helped the Muslim cause just like they supported the Turkish invasion of Cyprus or at worse allowed it to happen; but despite this some Sunni Islamists used Bosnia on their way to doing September 11 and Madrid; if this does not alarm you then you can ignore the “fog of war” in Libya but the long term consequences are still unknown apart from the fact that Al Qaida will try to fill part of the vacuum or to at least exploit the situation.

Meanwhile, the debacle in Ivory Coast is shaming the name of France and the UN because nothing was done to stop the massacre of between 800 and 1,000 Christians and not only this, both France and the UN are supporting the mainly Muslim forces which did this massacre.

The reality of Islam and how non-Muslim faiths were destroyed in the past can be seen by events in the modern world. Therefore, by focusing on Southern Thailand and Somalia in the modern period you can understand how non-Muslim faiths were exterminated by the sword of Islam. These two parts of the world also represent other parts of the world where minorities are on the brink of collapse because of ongoing Islamization.

Modern day academia and liberals desire to whitewash how Buddhism and Hinduism was destroyed in Afghanistan in the past and the same applies to other faith groups in other parts of the world which were crushed by Islam.  Yet the reality is that de-Hinduization is still ongoing in Pakistan and Kashmir just like Christianity is being eradicated in Somalia and Buddhism is being destroyed in Southern Thailand. The reasons behind the past massacres and the ongoing pogroms is all based on the teachings of Mohammed.  Therefore, in Somalia and Southern Thailand the Islamic jihad continues in the 21st century and this reality is happening throughout the world where Muslims desire a complete Islamic monoculture.

In the last few weeks in Southern Thailand you have had three attacks against Buddhist civilians by the followers of
Islam.  Therefore, men, women, and children have been killed for following the Buddhist faith and it is clear that the armed forces of Thailand face a brutal Islamic foe.  Also, even when the armed forces of Thailand desire to bring stability and to quell the Islamic insurgency and to protect innocent civilians from fresh massacres, it is abundantly clear that many still pin the blame on the protectors rather than the Islamic insurgents who kill innocents in such barbaric ways.

It appears that the voice of the Dalai Lama is also very weak on issues like this because it does not suit his political agenda.  In fact, at the same time when Buddhists are being killed in Southern Thailand and face enormous pressure in the Chittagong Hill Tracts; the Dalai Lama appears to believe that jihad is not such a bad thing because it is based on the inner struggle.

The Dalai Lama stated that “Islam is the religion of the heart and needs to be protected. We should not generalize Islam as something fearful just due to a handful of miscreants. Jihad is not a medium of attack. There is a need to break this false notion as Jihad actually means to conquer the evil within individuals….”

Also, the Dalai in the past commented that “Nowadays to some people the Muslim tradition appears more militant……..I feel that’s totally wrong.  Muslims, like any other traditions – same message, same practice.  This is the practice of compassion.”

Therefore, a major spiritual leader in the Buddhist community is whitewashing history and the modern reality for Buddhists in Southern Thailand and the Chittagong Hill Tracts.  Also, while Buddhist temples are prospering in Europe and North America because of openness then the Dalai Lama is distorting reality because he knows that Buddhist temples are not allowed in Saudi Arabia and other Islamic nations like the Maldives, Yemen, and so forth.

The Dalai Lama is not alone because important Christian leaders, politicians, liberals, and others, are also distorting reality and of course this is helping the Islamic cause and stealth jihad within democratic nations.

Turning back to Thailand and Zachary Abuza who is the author of Conspiracy of Silence: The Insurgency in Southern Thailand, comments that “The militants also target Buddhists, whom they hope to drive away.  There is ample evidence to suggest that this plan is working: according to household registration statistics compiled by The Nation, 34,523 residents, mainly Buddhists, fled the three provinces between January 2004 and May 2005.”  (Page 73)

Zachary Abuza continues by stating “Indeed, the insurgency has led to a certain amount of de facto ethnic cleansing.  Thai officials believe that roughly fifty thousand Buddhists have fled the south.”  (Page 211)

Moderate Muslims have also been killed because conservative versions of Islam are spreading because of outside influence and internal factors.  Therefore, moderate Sha’afis and others have been killed by conservative followers of Sunni Islam who deem moderate Muslims to be apostates.

Zachary Abuza states that “This is the heart of Salafism: to remove all innovations (“impurities”) that have entered the religion since the death of the Prophet Mohammed.  The goal is to Islamicize society and to inculcate it with Salafi values and norms that will strengthen the movement, regardless of whether these values and norms are popular.  The militants have adopted the Wahhabite practice of takfir – that is, labeling fellow Muslims non-Muslims if they do not subscribe to Salafi values and practices.  They have systematically targeted moderate Muslims, Sufis, and others whom they find to be too secular or too connected to the state.”  (Page 128)

In my article called Sunni Islamists slit the throat of a Christian mother in Somalia I stated that The 36 year old Asha Mberwa was a mother of four and she had committed no crime and had harmed nobody.  However, Mohammed supported the killing of apostates therefore the Al-Shabaab killed the Muslim convert to Christianity in order to appease the Islamic god.”

“In true Islamic justice an innocent convert to Christianity was killed in cold blood and bystanders were forced to watch while her throat was being cut.  Her death, like so many other Christian martyrs in Somalia, is a witness to the reality of Islamic Sharia law and the brutal teachings of Mohammed.  Therefore, the Islamic inquisition is in full swing in Somalia and Christians are being hunted down and killed.”

It is abundantly clear that Christians in Somalia are being hunted down and killed in many brutal ways. After this, Sunni Islamic members of the Al-Shabaab seek to find the children of Christian converts and then convert them to Islam, after killing their parents or parent.  Therefore, despite Christians being less than 0.2 per cent of the population in Somalia it is still not good enough for the holy warriors of Sunni Islam and the reality of this can be seen by the brutal murders of converts to Christianity.

Buddhists in Southern Thailand and Christians in Somalia are killed by radical Sunni Muslims and it is clear that these Islamic fanatics desire an Islamic monoculture and the eradication of all things deemed un-Islamic.  This madness is also turning on itself because moderate Muslims are deemed to be tafkir and the eradication of past culture is also deemed to be important.

In Thailand the mass majority of the population is Buddhist and the armed forces of Thailand are strong.  However, in Somalia the Christian community which is very small and lacks any power base is vulnerable and the followers of Sunni Islam desire to kill every single Christian in this country.

Yet despite the differences of both nations it is clear that Buddhists are still not protected from the Islamic insurgency in Southern Thailand.  Therefore, the future of Christianity is hanging by a thread in Somalia and the followers of the Christian faith have been abandoned by the international community.  Meanwhile the ethnic cleansing of Buddhism in Southern Thailand is a reality and because of this the Islamic jihad of the 7th century is clearly alive and kicking in the early 21st century; but when will national governments, religious leaders, politicians, and others, stand up to this ongoing Islamic tyranny?
